NOA [Network Overview Assistant] is going to be the new face of my channel going forward. He's an AI completely built from the ground up using a combination of Elevenlabs, Image Creator and Digital ID software to bring him to life. The goal is to eventually combine NOA with ChatGPT and give him completely independent thought and a personality of his own.
