This video is going viral on Tube right now and everyone is excited about it: Petty Theft. 19 year old Caucasian male, 5’4” was caught on camera sneaking a piece of jewelry into his pocket. The suspect attempted to leave the store without paying, appearing to try and avoid detection of theft.
