At what age should a girl's bare bottom first be 'warmed" by a leather spankng strap--thrice her age in years--until it is fire-engine red and farts uncontrollably? What is an appropriate age? Should less mature or older girls be strapped first and/or longest? Should the girls be strapped publicly in front of both adults and other girls (and/of boys) who are awaiting their own tannings?
